SIR Rewards Terms & Conditions

The rewards program is designed to recognize and thank customers for their continued interaction with the brand by providing opportunities to earn points and unlock exclusive benefits. Enrollment is available to eligible account holders who wish to participate in a loyalty experience that rewards qualifying purchases and approved activities. By joining and using the program, members agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and policies governing participation. These guidelines may be revised periodically, and any updates become effective once published through the designated program information channels. Members are encouraged to review the current terms regularly to remain informed about changes that may affect their participation, benefits, or eligibility.

The program operates alongside the company’s privacy practices, which explain how customer information is collected, processed, stored, and protected. Participation may require the submission of personal information necessary for account management, reward tracking, communication, and fulfillment of program benefits. Continued use of the rewards platform indicates acceptance of these practices as well as any future modifications made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Registered members can accumulate points through qualifying transactions and other approved activities identified by the company. These activities may vary over time and can include purchases, promotional engagements, referrals, or other opportunities specifically designated as eligible. Points earned through participation may later be exchanged for rewards, discounts, exclusive offers, or other benefits made available through the program. However, accumulated points are intended solely for use within the rewards system and do not represent monetary value, ownership interests, or any vested rights. Participation should not be interpreted as creating a contractual entitlement to future rewards, promotions, or program continuation.

The company maintains authority over the administration and operation of the loyalty program. As a result, it may alter program features, modify earning structures, introduce new benefits, discontinue existing rewards, suspend operations, or terminate the program entirely at its discretion. Such changes may affect previously accumulated points, reward eligibility, redemption opportunities, or membership status. Participation remains voluntary, and the program is only available where legally permitted.

Eligibility requirements apply to all participants. Enrollment is generally limited to individuals who satisfy applicable residency requirements, have reached the legal age of majority within their jurisdiction, and maintain an active registered account. Individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement may have limited access to certain features but may not qualify for earning or redeeming rewards. To preserve fairness and account integrity, only one membership account is permitted per individual. Participants are responsible for ensuring that account information remains accurate, current, and complete to facilitate communications and reward processing.

Points are typically awarded based on qualifying spending associated with eligible purchases completed through approved sales channels. Calculations are generally determined using the purchase subtotal before taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, or similar additional costs. Transactions completed outside approved purchasing channels may not qualify for rewards credit. Although points are normally added to accounts within a reasonable processing period after a qualifying transaction, delays may occasionally occur. Requests for retroactive credit may not always be honored, and the company reserves discretion regarding the verification and approval of such requests.

Points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or combined between separate accounts. They are intended exclusively for personal use by the registered member who earned them. Unused points remain subject to expiration policies, and balances may be reduced or removed once applicable expiration periods have passed. Members are encouraged to monitor their account activity regularly to maximize the value of earned rewards before expiration occurs.

The loyalty structure may include multiple membership levels that recognize varying degrees of customer engagement. Advancement through these levels is generally based on qualifying annual spending or other predetermined criteria. Higher membership tiers may provide enhanced earning rates, additional privileges, early access opportunities, special promotions, or exclusive rewards not available to other participants. Tier evaluations are conducted periodically, and status levels may be adjusted based on updated spending activity and qualification requirements.

Reward redemption is subject to eligibility thresholds, availability, and specific program rules. Certain rewards may require minimum point balances and may only be redeemed in predetermined increments. Benefits are typically intended for individual use and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted. If an account is voluntarily closed, terminated, or otherwise becomes inactive, any remaining points or unredeemed rewards may be forfeited without compensation.

The company may investigate accounts that appear to involve misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, manipulation of program rules, or conduct that negatively impacts other participants or the integrity of the rewards system. Following review, accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated. In such cases, accumulated points, benefits, rewards, and membership privileges may be revoked.

Any disagreements arising from participation in the program may be resolved through alternative dispute procedures rather than traditional court litigation. Members may be required to pursue claims individually and waive participation in class-based proceedings where permitted by law. Before formal dispute resolution begins, parties may be encouraged to engage in informal discussions or mediation efforts to seek an amicable resolution. Certain disputes that qualify under applicable small claims rules may still be filed in the appropriate local court.

Applicable state laws govern the interpretation and enforcement of the program terms, except where superseded by federal law. Liability related to participation in the rewards program may be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and protecting access to their accounts. These terms represent the complete framework governing participation in the rewards program and remain effective even if individual provisions are later modified, removed, or determined to be unenforceable.
